Not a huge fan of Im'ing. When I am online at home I usually have a purpose and do not care for the interruptions of messages coming through. The kids love it though. They will chat with their friends while they are supposedly doing homework. Kudos to them though, because the homework does eventually get done and they've carried on a dozen conversations at the same time.

Skype

Ok, this was an easy one. My family has been using Skype for over a year. We have family across the country and it's a great way to connect with them. My mom started using it too. She always gives us a good laugh when she doesn't realize she's "on" and she's adjusting her glasses, trying to find the camera on her computer, and muttering to herself. Her only complaint with Skype was "now I have to make sure I'm not sitting around in my bathrobe in front of the computer!"

Hard to focus on this project while at the circ desk... constant interruptions. Will try to stick with it and work past the frustration. Need to focus though, some of this is completely new to me.

Found an interesting use for RSS feed.. recipe of the day from recipezaar... my favorite recipe website. Can't wait to see what else is available!
